All incoming calls to the subscriber of your service can be automatically transferred by Genico™ LiveContact to another subscriber, as a pre-selected option by your subscriber or if not reachable, transfer the call to the subscriber’s voice to email.

Both the Administrator and subscriber can manage or personalize their Genico™ LiveContact settings from the convenience of a Web-based Subscriber Self Care service.
