    How will Genico™ MCN benefit my service?

    Miss calls happen when your subscribers are in an out-of-coverage area, temporarily switch off their phones or engaged in a call and don’t have call waiting. You can offer MCN services using Genico™ MCN to alert subscribers of their missed calls.

    In this manner, Genico™ MCN indirectly helps to increase traffic on your data and voice network, and earn you a consistent source of subscription revenues.

    Furthermore, Genico™ MCN eliminates missed call uncertainties and frustration as your subscribers has increased control about the calling party when they were unavailable. It removes missed call handicaps and allows subscribers to gain an upper hand. This maximizes call connections and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).

    As an example, when a Genico™ MCN subscriber fails to respond to an incoming call, Genico™ MCN will announce their calls can’t be connected to the caller. It then automatically transmits a priority MCN alert to the subscriber.

    Each MCN alert has details like calling party number, call time and call date, and routed to your Short Message Service Center (SMSC) for SMS delivery. This ensures MCN subscribers are aware of their missed calls when are in coverage, switch on their phones or end a conversation.
