After a successful
installation, launch Genico™
LiveContact. You
will be prompted to sign in, key in
your name (eg yourname@demo.ngc.com.my),
nickname (eg yourname) and 12-digit
alphanumerical password. Click Register
(above) to continue.

Start 2: Adjusting voice input and output |
You can adjust
your speaker and microphone intensity
by using Genico™ LiveContact’s
Tuning Wizard. At the main menu, go
to Tools > Tuning Wizard…
(above) and follow the prescribed
steps. At the end of this step, you’re
all set to make a voice call.

| To start Genzing,
enter the recipient’s name
(eg edvent@demo.ngc.com.my) (above)
and click the Voice call button
(below). |

Once the recipient
answers your request for a voice call,
the Status message will indicate a “Connected
…” message. In this example
(below), the voice call is connected
to edvent@demo.ngc.com.my. As you converse,
the speaker and microphone intensity
is dynamically displayed with progressive
blue bars. To end the voice call, click
Terminate. |
